Cooper Weston’s Stuart to run the Brighton Marathon!

Stuart Cooper completing the Brighton half marathon

Our very own Stuart Cooper is preparing to take on one of the UK’s biggest sporting challenges next month: the Brighton Marathon. With a raft of half marathons under his belt, Stuart is donning his running shoes and even a dog onesie in aid of Battersea Dogs & Cats Home where Cooper Weston have completed a range of electrical projects over the past few years.

Charity is close to Cooper Weston’s heart and our strong relationship with Battersea Dogs & Cats Home left Stuart in no doubt who to raise money for during his epic 26.2 mile run. Having formed a close affinity with the charity in recent years through a range of projects, Stuart is determined to raise important funds for and awareness of the organisation and hopes his hard work and training will pay off with a record running time.

“Charity work is very important, not just to me but to the whole team at Cooper Weston, and I’m delighted to be running on behalf of our friends at Battersea Dogs & Cats Home,” said Stuart of his upcoming venture. “I hope to raise lots of money for the charity whilst making more people aware of the amazing efforts that Battersea Dogs & Cats Home make on a daily basis; all whilst wearing a dog onesie!”

If you’d like to sponsor Stuart and donate toward his epic marathon feat, you can visit his JustGiving page here. To find out more about the work we’ve completed with Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, take a look at our recent case study.
